I’m here to help you feel your best through the dynamic art of pilates

THE STORY SO FAR…

For over a decade I worked in the events production world, then moved into film, which really took its toll on my body and mind. I was exhausted, burnt out and lost and I knew something needed to change.

I started meditating, and it became clearer and clearer that I wanted to get into the Wellness world. I had always loved Yoga, but my boyfriend had been going through severe back pain and sciatica. I wanted to help him with his rehab so I embarked on a Pilates course, knowing all the benefits it brings to the body, and having loved practicing Pilates myself. He was my first case study! A year later he gained a stronger, healthier body, more flexible than ever, with a much happier mind! 

It was then that I fully believed in Pilates and this was the journey I wanted to take, to help others build strength in their own bodies and become strong, flexible and healthy, in mind and body.

WHY I LOVE PILATES

I’m a huge advocate for mental health and know the importance of looking after one's body, mind and spirit. I love the technicalities of Pilates, the focus, the flow, the breathwork, the precision. 

Watching my body change so quickly, and the feeling it brings to me after every class - you cannot beat it!  It’s an exercise that you can get super quick results from but also something you can have as a life practice. 

It is so versatile; you can have a slow, stretching class, or make it an intense dynamic workout class - both of which you will gain immense benefits from.

WHAT’S NEXT - REFORMer pilates

I am excited to announce that for the past few months I have been studying and training to teach Reformer. I will be offering one to one classes from home from March 2023. Please get in touch if you want more info!

WHAT MAKES MY CLASSES SPECIAL

I believe hugely in the power of breath and meditation so I start and finish the class with a little breath work exercise, grounding everyone and connecting mind to body. 

I offer a mixture of glorious stretches, some great core work, focusing on the powerhouse! I bring in some glute work, all the time focusing on body alignment and posture. The class flows to enjoyable music, and is for all levels.
