1:1 SESSIONS
I offer online and home visits. In these sessions I tailor the class to your individual needs whether it be a rehab issue, a weak back or core for example, or a general all rounder class, wanting to strengthen your core and gain a more flexible body. I will listen to your priorities, understand your experience and we will work together to get the end result.

GROUP CLASSES
I am currently on maternity leave until 2024.
In the meantime, I have recorded all my prenatal classes and uploaded them onto the Davine-On-Demand library.
These classes are 45minutes each and focused for 2nd & 3rd trimester pregnancies - but as previously mentioned YOU can ALL join me for them anytime.., they will be just as good as the normal classes I have done, just with different modifications - but a good workout still.
I love the idea of bringing pregnant mamas together, and supporting you all on this journey along with myself. They will help you strengthen your muscles, ligaments and joints. It will encourage you to learn to control and release your pelvic floor muscles in preparation for birth. And will help you prepare your body to recover quickly after birth. All you need is a mat, resistance band, some light weights and a smile!
pRE AND POST NATAL
Either if you are pregnant or just had a baby you can absolutely benefit from Pilates. I can work online or come to your home. If you are in the 2nd & 3rd Trimester of your pregnancy this class will help you strengthen your muscles, ligaments and joints. It will encourage you to gain strength, learn to control and release your pelvic floor muscles in preparation for birth. And will help you prepare your body to recover quickly after birth.

I have also added a new series of prenatal recordings to the Davine-On-Demand Library. I am currently pregnant and have found it so useful, and helpful to keep moving my body, keeping in strong and flexible, in preparation for my labour.
