BLACK LIVES MATTER

This week I donated 20% of my Group Thursdays classes to two charities.

The horrific death of George earlier this year in Minneapolis, who died while being restrained by a white police officer, kicked off the largest protests and uproar across the Globe, BLACK LIVES MATTER.

They were calling for justice for Mr Floyd as well as other victims of police brutality, Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor. I decided to split the 10%  donation fee to anti-racism charities Stop Hate UK and Stephen Lawrence Trust, and a mental health charity Mind UK.

So I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all those who join me on the screen week in week out, knowing that you're doing yourself some greatness, but also helping a little for others in not such great circumstances.
